Step 1: Simple Check-In – Upon arriving at our Richmond clinic, you’ll be welcomed by our front desk team. If your New Patient Forms haven’t been completed yet, we’ll guide you through them quickly and efficiently on-site.
Step 2: Comprehensive Evaluation – You’ll meet with one of our medical professionals for a detailed assessment. This includes reviewing your medical history, current pain levels, and any previous imaging such as X-rays or MRIs to create a complete understanding of your health.
Step 3: Personalized Treatment Plan – Every patient receives a plan tailored to their needs. Before you leave, we will discuss strategies that may include spinal injections, radiofrequency ablation, or other interventional procedures to help you regain comfort and improve your quality of life.
Insurance, Billing, and Your Coverage
At Integrative Pain Specialists, we aim to make understanding healthcare costs straightforward. Our Richmond clinic works with a wide range of insurance providers to ensure patients in Central Virginia can access high-quality care.
Accepted Insurance – We accept the following programs and their subsidiaries: BC/BS – Anthem, Cigna, Medicare, Tricare, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Humana, and Sentara Health (Optima). Please note that we do not participate in Medicaid, Medicaid dual, or other Medicaid hybrid programs.
Workers’ Compensation – Our dedicated Workers’ Compensation team supports patients who have been injured on the job, helping them navigate coverage and care efficiently.
