Meet Our Wellness Team

Michele G Rogers, MA, CPT is a career health and fitness professional having dabbled in other areas such as writing/editing, marketing, website management, business consulting, and even owning a thrift store. As a chronic back pain sufferer, she understands what it is to be debilitated by pain and have to reclaim her body and her life.

Through all her personal and professional experiences, a passion for wellness and seeking knowledge in all related areas has been a constant, and helping others embrace the fundamental and profound benefits of a healthful lifestyle has been a driving force.

As The Feel Better Lounge’s Wellness Coordinator, Michele will remain committed to getting results for each client by exploring their needs, goals, and desires, and then tailoring programs that couple lifestyle changes with the amazing wellness services provided at The Feel Better Lounge.

Katie Knoop, MS, CNS candidate, received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Washington in Sociology with a minor in Environmental Sustainability in 2014. She has since been gaining experience as a Personal Wellness Coach accumulating clinical hours for the Certified Nutrition Specialist credential with the American Nutrition Association. During this time, she has used a functional and personalized approach to help clients find balance, ease, and empowerment on their journey to health and wellness.

As a Wellness Mentor, Katie will bring her extensive knowledge of nutrition and passion for wellness to The Feel Better Lounge’s clientele.
